Modular Water Recycling
Our flagship containerized plants redefine industrial water treatment. These decentralized units are fully fabricated, piped, and pre-commissioned off-site. This turnkey approach drastically reduces on-site civil works, ensuring rapid deployment and minimal installation downtime.
- Multi-tiered stacking maximizes treatment capacity while minimizing footprint.
- Climate-controlled, secure housing with architectural glass integrations.
- Fully automated remote monitoring and diagnostics.
Effluent Reclamation & Recycling
Transforming traditional linear water consumption into a sustainable, closed-loop infrastructure. Our system intercepts industrial discharge, purifies it through advanced containerized modules, and returns high-grade water directly back to your facility.
1. Water Supply
- Sources: Ground Water, Surface Water, and Imports are pumped and combined to form the Tap Water supply.
2. Water Consumption
- Linear Flow: Households use tap water, sending it to Communal Treatment and ultimately out to Effluent Drains.
- Industrial Flow: Industries use tap water, sending discharge directly to the Factory WWTP.
3. The WaaS Closed-Loop
- Instead of sending Factory WWTP water to an Effluent Drain, the WaaS Asia water infrastructure intercepts it.
- The WaaS container purifies and recycles the water, piping it directly back to the Industries—drastically reducing reliance on traditional water supplies.
Standardized for Scalability
Built into standardized, high-durability ISO formats, WaaS modules can be seamlessly transported, dropped into place, and scaled by simply adding parallel units as your facility's utility demands grow.
